RSR-Service Scheduling at Andersen Corporation

SUMMARY:Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Scheduling Retail Service Representative (RSR) I to our Chicago team! The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers. This is a customer service role that will allow you to have direct customer interaction via email and telephone. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Create new work orders; schedule work orders to ensure service requests are process in accordance with KPIs..• Verifying service requests are closed and submitting work orders for warranty.• Provide Signature Service for homeowners and peers.. • Performs other data entry and administrative tasks related to RbA CORO service, of limited complexity and variety..• Answers phone calls and emails, determines nature of service concerns and directs individuals to appropriate resource, or supplies information.• Maintains stock levels of supplies & brochures.• Post and update customer management system with current service notes and status; other duties as assigned by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS:• High school diploma or equivalent.• Minimum of one year customer service experience.• Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.• Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.• Demonstrates ability to work and contribute to a team environment.• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills in a high-volume setting.SALARY INFORMATION:Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
