Responsibilities include:
- submitting, tracking and resolving all maintenance/lease obligation requests for leased shopping centers
- Facilitating common area maintenance (CAM) budgets and reconciliations which are completed annually to contribute towards the maintenance expenses incurred throughout the year for the common areas
- Reconciliations are completed annually to reconcile the difference between the previously budgeted amount and the actual expenses incurred by the landlord throughout the year
- initiating and tracking the remodel process to help improve sales growth
- a multitude of additional tasks including:
- Check Requests
- Maintenance Time Frame Tracking
- Weather Preparedness/Emergency Contact Updates
- ADA Letters
- Cart Corral Letters
- Cart Retention Letter
- Making certain that all territories are adequately supported by providing premier service to our customers, stores, landlords and property managers
- Legal Requests
- initiating the One-Year Warranty Process to provide premier service

Year End Bonus
In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
