Position: Connections Lead UKI
Location: Southwark, London, Hybrid
As Connections Lead for the UK & Ireland, you’ll drive how Flora shows up across media, digital, social and experiential channels — translating brand strategy into powerful consumer engagement. This is a pivotal role within the local marketing leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the UK Connections strategy across all touchpoints.
You’ll lead the local Connections team and collaborate closely with Brand, Sales and Central Connections teams to deliver communication excellence. From influencer marketing and social listening to sampling and retail media, you’ll ensure every activation drives relevance, reach and results.
Key responsibilities include:
Connections Strategy & Execution
- Shape and deliver the UKI Connections plan across media, digital, influencer and experiential channels
- Drive resource allocation strategy in partnership with commercial and central teams
- Ensure excellence in campaign execution and continuous improvement against KPIs
Consumer Engagement & Activation
- Lead physical sampling and experiential programs to disrupt and engage consumers
- Harness social listening to build brand meaning and audience relevance
- Implement influencer marketing programs to drive brand excitement and cultural resonance
Agency & Performance Management
- Direct relationships with local creative, digital and experiential agencies
- Use data to monitor sales KPIs and campaign ROI across all Connections activities
- Create clarity on the impact of Connections investments on sales, penetration and brand affinity
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and inspire the UK Connections team with a hands-on, one-team mindset
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Sales and Central Connections teams to align goals and share best practices
- Manage the Connections budget to maximise working A&P spend and ROI
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
You’re a strategic communicator with a passion for consumer culture and a bias for action. You know how to connect the dots between brand, media and commerce — and you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Proven results in media planning, digital and experiential marketing (FMCG preferred)
- Experience with retail media and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of media and creative agency dynamics
- Track record of driving marketing investment and campaign ROI
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Digitally savvy and culturally curious
- Collaborative leader with a growth mindset and sharp communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
