Lead Dental Nurse – Cricklewood

Zental is a state-of-the-art private dental group that blends clinical excellence with a calm, harmonious environment. We are seeking a full-time Lead Dental Nurse to join our team in Cricklewood, London.
The role
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working alongside General Dentists, Specialists, Implant Surgeons, and Facial Aesthetics experts — all dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
This role is predominantly clinical, with additional lead responsibilities including rota management, stock and ordering oversight, and supporting team training and development.
We are looking for a confident and experienced nurse, ideally with implant and sedation experience, who shares our passion for serene, high-quality dentistry and collaborative team culture.
Working Pattern
Full-time, 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu.

About You
GDC-registered Dental Nurse
Experience/Post qualification in implant and/or sedation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, organised, and proactive with a can-do attitude
Flexible to work alternate Saturdays
