Purpose, Scope, & Dimension of Job:
Reporting to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer), the West Division Vice President will have leadership and accountability for the Division Branch Teams and will be based in a branch office within the division. Working with the branch and corporate leaders, the West Division Vice President will have P&L responsibility for the division branches, including overall sales, operational, customer experience and financial performance. The DVP will drive the momentum of the branches to serve our key constituents, our people, our customers, and our partners with the highest level of professionalism. The West Division Vice President will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure operational and financial strategies are aligned and flawlessly executed.

- Develop and implement strategies, processes, and objectives for the division to align with the overall company mission.

- Oversee division budgets, monitor costs, ensure financial objectives are met, and identify opportunities and strategies for financial growth.

- Ensure the division's operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards, including monitoring performance against key metrics.

- Sales Oversight:
- Set strategic sales goals, support the development of sales teams, implement sales strategies, collaborate with marketing to drive leads and identify opportunities, oversee sales operations to ensure consistency and profitability.

- Monitor the market for competitive information, identify product or business innovation opportunities, and build partnerships to expand the business.

- Coordinate with other divisions' leaders and senior management to ensure overall organizational goals are met.

- Create and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators, credit, strategic planning, and financial risk.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven executive with experience leading large employee teams that are distributed, mobile and on site as well as diverse business units including both sales and operations/install functions.
- Success in a matrixed organization is key.
- They will have been a key contributor to a Senior Leadership team working collaboratively to deliver sustainable results for both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, build and develop and an outstanding team with the ability to motivate team member’s commitment and performance
- General manager experience or orientation
- Shared service experience delivering value-add services to customers
- Deep experience in performance metrics/measurement and management of teams utilizing the metrics
- Strong experience in driving financial performance and delivering ROI
- Must be process oriented with demonstrated success in using automation in process and throughput improvement opportunities

- Experience within private equity owned, high growth, B2C environments
- Demonstrated track record of scaling operations to support organic growth (Sales, Operations and Customer Experience)

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Requires the ability to move about inside the office

- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
Hours/Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M – F, 8:00 – 5:00 but due to the nature of position, additional time, including evening and weekend hours, may be required to complete projects under deadlines. Some local and statewide travel may be required.
