PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES 

In collaboration with the leadership team, this position is responsible for all roles in the fabrication department.  The employee will utilize a variety of machines, but not limited to, laser, shear, CNC brake press, turret press, drill press, spot welder, wire feed welder, band saw, and measuring equipment. The employee will fabricate parts efficiently and maintain a neat and orderly work area.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Operate a variety of machines and tools following Winco standards

- Set up jobs to produce quality parts

- Interpret drawings, job routings, and tooling instructions

- Verify production parts are to print visually and dimensionally

- Utilize mathematical skills daily and apply them to blueprints, templates, and other precision tools

- Responsible for maintaining the machines.

- Train and familiarize with WINCO procedures 

- Maintain 5S program in the punch press area

- Work independently with little supervision

- Other duties as assigned
