We are searching for an experienced Senior Consultant Health Economist who is ready to lead and deliver impactful projects for our clients. In this role, you’ll conduct and generate policy-focused health economics work. You’ll shape solutions that influence decision-making across healthcare systems and have the potential to impact healthcare at a global level.

About the Role
As a Senior Consultant Health Economist (Modeller), you will:
- Provide expert advice on all Health Economics Modelling (HEM) matters.
- Lead and conduct quantitative analytical work in particular the design and build of health economic models.
- Lead the communication and dissemination of our findings via peer-reviewed journals, stakeholder engagement, reports, and white papers.
- Combine strategic and agile critical thinking with robust evidence to provide actionable recommendations that solve diverse, complex problems for a range of clients (Pharma, MedTech, Govt agencies, Academic institutions, UN and other global organisations, etc.).
- Provide clear direction, guidance and leadership to the project teams to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
- Lead activities to identify clients’ needs, then design solutions that meet those needs in a value-centric way.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and potential new clients to drive revenue growth.
- Foster team development by strengthening the team's skills and capabilities, providing development feedback and creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Provide formal line management for Consultants, Associate Consultants and Analysts, fostering their growth and performance.
Requirements
We are seeking experienced individuals who have/are:
- Strong experience of health economic modelling and analysis to support decision making.
- Expertise in statistical software such as Stata, R, and/or SAS. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Experienced consultants, proven experience either within consultancy or in a commercial environment.
- A solid understanding of clinical areas (general epidemiology), with the ability to apply health economics across different healthcare contexts.
- Strong experience of working on intervention and/or policy-focused projects.
- Big picture thinkers, able to think broadly, outside the box and craft solutions.

- Driven and purpose-led, motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in their work.
- Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to balance technical expertise with collaborative team support.
This role requires excellent command of the English language at CEFR level C2 or equivalent, in order to draft complex reports, interpret technical documents, and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
