Job Description:Forming part of our EA team, you'll provide a high level of support to our Global CFO. You'll need confidence in managing relationships and with senior stakeholders and clients, the ability to anticipate the needs the people you support and experience managing a range of competing priorities to tight deadlines.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high standards of administrative support to our Global CFO.
- Diary administration, including organising internal and external meetings and managing logistics
- Responsibility for all aspects of arranging travel and accommodation, including coordinating visas, booking flights, hotel accommodation, car transfers and taxis, producing travel packs and itineraries
- Occasionally produce, format and collate documents using the Google Suite and/or working with the Marketing team to ensure documents follow Jellyfish's brand
- Coordinate activities such as external events, internal events such as leadership days, lunches and staff away days
- Produce correspondence to and communicating with clients in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other teams, e.g. IT, Legal, OM, Operations and People, to ensure the smooth running of Jellyfish
- Provide cover for holiday/sickness and help other Executive Assistants when needed
- 7+ years experience supporting C-suite level execs in a similar professional environment
- Good working knowledge of the Google Suite
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage time, prioritise conflicting demands, multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and the desire to pick up new skills
- Proactive and able to work under your own initiative
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet and able to handle sensitive information in confidence
