BASIC FUNCTION

The Supervisor oversees daily operations within passenger terminal areas, ensuring service quality, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on leadership, maintenance oversight, and effective team coordination.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and assign staff to meet operational demands.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
  • Perform and supervise cart collection, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with staff and management to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Provide customer service and address inquiries or complaints.
  • Communicate effectively with airport personnel and government agencies (CBP, TSA, FBI, MDP).
  • Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues as needed.
  • Remain professional under pressure and open to feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Computer and Smart Phone proficient
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

 

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma required

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

  • Ability to get airport badged required
  • Drivers License is required

 

PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lift 40lbs
  • Push/pull 75lbs
  • Walk & stand for duration of shift
