Job Summary
As a Cook at Bell & Evans, you will play a vital role as part of our front-line food service team. In this position, you will not only serve meals but also assist with food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. This role is essential in fostering a positive team environment and delivering an exceptional experience for all individuals we serve.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Perform dishwashing and general cleaning tasks.
Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors.
Restock supplies as needed.
Assist with basic food and beverage preparation.
Complete monthly trainings as required by company policy.
Take a proactive role in ensuring the production of safe, high-quality products by promptly addressing any safety or quality concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED, or
One to three months of related experience and/or training, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, including safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to complete checklists accurately and efficiently.
