About the Role
At Glo Skin Beauty, we believe skincare is selfcare—and we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Territory Manager who shares that belief. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue and deepening relationships with licensed skincare professionals, spas, beauty schools, and more across Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii and Alaska. You’ll combine consultative sales with education to help partners integrate our clean, clinical skincare and makeup into their services and retail offerings—driving business growth and long-term loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Meet & exceed sales KPIs: Key accounts, product assortment, new business, and replenishment
Sell in & through: Support product sell-in, service menu integration, and retail success
Educate accounts: Deliver in-person and virtual trainings on protocols and product knowledge
Travel frequently (60%+): Conduct meetings, demos, and events throughout the territory
Build lasting relationships: Be a trusted resource for skincare professionals
Manage your territory like a business: Pipeline development, forecasting, reporting, CRM management
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Education, Inside Sales, and Customer Support teams
About You
2+ years in B2B field sales; beauty/skincare/wellness industry strongly preferred
Passion for skincare, wellness, and empowering professionals through education
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently
Reliable transportation + clean driving record
Must reside in San Diego(CA) or Phoenix(AZ)

Working Conditions:
Work may occur before/after regular business hours including evenings and weekends
Travel 50%+ in assigned territory, subject to change based on business needs
Hybrid role - working from home office and supporting the team in designated territory
Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this role is $65,000-75,000, plus a quarterly bonus plan. In addition to your salary, total compensation at Glo Skin Beauty includes the following:
PTO Accrual: 4.75-7.75 hours earned per pay period, based on tenure
401(k) match
Subsidized health insurance benefits plan - HSA plan with Employer contributions $60/mo for individuals, $90/mo for family plans.
Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate
Company-provided computer & cell phone
Home office stipend, $60/month
Employee gratis (free) products, $250 each quarter
Holidays: 10 Company Paid Holidays & 2 Floating Holidays
Sick Leave: 2 hours earned per pay period, bank of 2 days to start, capped at 10 days
Bereavement Leave: Up to 6 days
