Who WE are looking for:
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Lead Slot Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining slot machines and related equipment to the component level. Strong attention to detail, guest service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

What is expected of YOU:
Leadership & Supervision
Lead and mentor a team of slot technicians
Assign daily work tasks and prioritize service calls
Train new technicians on repair procedures and casino protocols
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Coordinate with shift supervisors to ensure adequate floor coverage
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all work complies with gaming regulations and internal standards
Maintain slot machine integrity and security protocols
Document technical issues and resolutions per regulatory requirements
Coordinate with gaming commission inspectors during audits
Guest Service
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
Explain machine operations and payouts to players when needed
Handle escalated technical issues professionally
Technical Operations
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Perform preventive maintenance on gaming equipment to minimize downtime
Respond to machine malfunctions and jackpot payouts promptly
Test and verify slot machine configurations and payout percentages
Install new slot machines and gaming equipment
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and machine performance
Experience YOU will need:
Must be 21 years of age or over
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of slot machine repair experience
Strong knowledge of electronics, computer systems, and mechanical operations
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English or other languages).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling in a loud upbeat environment
- Manual dexterity for working with small components and tools
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
