We’re seeking an Assistant Spa Manager who is both business-minded and passionate about innovation in beauty and wellness. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring flawless execution of business initiatives.
· Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, maintaining excellence in client care, compliance, and overall efficiency.
· Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to clinical and company protocols.
· Ensure the spa environment reflects the XWELL standard — clean, professional, and inviting.
· Deliver an exceptional guest experience rooted in professionalism, trust, and results.
· Educate clients about our menu of advanced treatments and technologies, ensuring confidence and comfort throughout their journey.
· Stay informed on industry innovations, new modalities, and emerging aesthetic trends to support ongoing team and client education.
· Drive sales performance through effective coaching, goal setting, and motivation.
· Promote memberships, packages, and retail products that support client results and retention.
· Track KPIs and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
· Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing professional development of team members, ensuring alignment with XWELL’s culture of excellence.
· Foster a learning-driven environment where curiosity, education, and skill growth are encouraged.
· Provide regular feedback and mentorship to build a confident, engaged team.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of management experience in a spa, med spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail setting.
· Proven ability to achieve sales goals and lead a high-performing team.
· Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
· A passion for aesthetic medicine, advanced beauty treatments, and emerging wellness technology.
· Understanding of KPIs, scheduling, and operational excellence.
· Proficient with POS systems and administrative functions.
