Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Strategic Services Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of strategic consultants, drive client outcomes, and build and scale our strategic services function. You’ll serve as both a client-facing advisor and internal team leader—supporting client success through strategic consulting, while also mentoring and developing our consulting talent.


What you’ll do:
• Develop, coach, and retain high-performing strategic consultants
• Oversee team onboarding, training, and certification readiness
• Foster a collaborative, growth-minded culture aligned with Mosaic’s values
• Guide clients through HR and HCM transformation initiatives, leveraging change management, process optimization, and user adoption strategies
• Design and implement strategic roadmaps to ensure clients maximize their UKG investment
• Provide thought leadership and consultative insight for high-impact change readiness and adoption initiatives
• Maintain utilization and revenue targets through effective project oversight
• Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery that meets or exceeds expectations
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to scope new opportunities and provide pre-sales support
• Lead by example through direct client engagement and high-quality delivery
• Create scalable frameworks, resources, and methodologies to support strategic consulting across the organization
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed


How you’ll be measured:
• Maintain your team’s target utilization to drive gross margin
• Creating effective onboarding for new hires, including providing sufficient ramp, training and coaching, and 90-day performance reviews.
• Maintaining necessary UKG certifications
• Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
• Expert ability to develop complex solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients

What makes you successful:
Need to haves:
• 6+ years of experience, including 4 years of consulting experience and 2 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience building, leading and motivating a high growth, fast paced services organization within the SaaS market
• Excellent project management skills, including overseeing project planning, resource management, issue tracking and budget management
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work


Nice to haves:
• Joint Project knowledge and experience (UKG Pro preferred)
• Experience in scoping, planning, and developing service proposal
