RV Cleaning Specialist at Pete's RV Center

Join Pete's RV Center as an RV Cleaning Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and quality of our RVs. We are looking for a dedicated individual who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Your responsibilities will include cleaning and detailing the exteriors and interiors of RVs, ensuring they are showroom ready for our customers. You will also be responsible for performing inspections to identify any defects that need addressing. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Washes and conditions vehicle exteriors, including tires, wheels, and under-carriage, and applies wax/buffing as needed.
• Polishes all interior appliances
• Dusts, sweeps and vacuums the interior of the RV units.
• Details vehicles for display and cleaning purposes.
• Conducts inspections of vehicles for any noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, and torn upholstery.
• Ensures compliance with all required documentation and shop policies.
• Assists technicians with preparatory work and equipment management.
• Maintains overall cleanliness and appearance of the shop and detail area.
• Performs light yard work around the RV lot as needed.
• Sanitizes lavratories and stocks paper products.
• Empties trash and other minor maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Assists the team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, especially when working under pressure.
• Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
• Dependable and highly professional with a strong focus on safety.
• Basic computer and internet skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Physical capability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, reach above your head, navigate ladders, and lift 25lbs or more as required.
