We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven New Car Sales Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and develop a talented sales team, create winning strategies, and drive success across our new vehicle department. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual goals.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Analyze market trends, sales metrics, and customer preferences to optimize performance and inventory.

  • Partner with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive showroom traffic.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, including at least 3 years in a management role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

  • Experience using dealership management and CRM systems (CDK, VinSolutions, etc.).

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Preferred: Experience managing sales in a dealership environment
