We’re looking for a creative and curious Junior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. If you love clean, modern design, enjoy using AI tools, and want to create user-friendly digital experiences, this role is for you.

You’ll design responsive web interfaces, help test ideas with real users, and work closely with developers to turn your designs into working products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design modern, responsive websites that work well on all devices.
  • Use AI tools in Figma to speed up design workflows.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Build and maintain design systems and components.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and consistent.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • 6 months-2 years experience designing responsive web/mobile applications.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
  • Familiarity with React concepts: components, props, and state.
  • Awareness of React Native for mobile design.
  • Version control basics (Git, GitHub).

Design Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including:
    • Auto-layout, components, and design systems.
    • Prototyping and interactive design.
    • Use of AI features (First Draft, image generation, etc.).
    • Experience with plugins (e.g. Automator, Unbackground).
  • Good understanding of UI/UX strategies and methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Knowledge of component architecture and how designs translate into code (especially React).
  • Solid grasp of visual design- typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other design tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer.
  • Understanding of Tailwind CSS and utility-first design.
  • Familiarity with UI libraries like Material UI, Chakra UI, or shadcn/ui.
  • Motion design skills (After Effects, Principle).
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
