About the role
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality services to your community? The City of Sydney is seeking a Contract Coordinator to manage procurement and administration of Parking Services contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
As Contract Coordinator, you will:
• Lead the development and management of service specifications and contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with City standards.
• Support the Parking Services Manager with reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-practice outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Tertiary qualifications in contract management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing complex contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of NSW Government and Local Government procurement frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
