- A fenced yard (or commitment to 20–30 min real walks multiple times per day, rain or shine).
- Reliable communication — photo check-ins required for each stay.
- Landlord permission if you rent (owning a dog does not mean boarding approval).
- For insurance purposes, we can only partner with homes where all residents are 18 or older.
- Pet-friendly home (dogs and cats allowed with safety barriers).
