We currently have an opportunity for a Analyst to join our Business Operations – Estimations team and play a key role in supporting strategic commercial tender submissions and financial analysis. Reporting to Head of Estimation, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

 

What You’ll Do 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
 

  • Ensure quality and accuracy of the Commercial Bid submission.
  • Coordinate the overall commercial delivery and manage the commercial bid process to ensure submission timelines are achieved and targets accomplished in line with corporate strategy.
  • Provide commercial, accounting and financial advice and assistance to internal governance.
  • Initiate and lead commercial reviews aimed at lowering cost structures and improving commercial performance.
  • Conduct financial evaluations and modelling for major business proposals and bids.

 

What You’ll Bring 
 

  • Successful analytical experience/capability in a similar business environment.
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to use Macros and Pivot tables.
  • Experience preparing and analysing financial statements including developing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements.
  • Understanding of project and service contract management and delivery.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, reporting and communication skills.
