THE WORK:
Join Ripple Labs in New York, NY, as a Software Engineer II, and be part of an exceptionally ambitious team! We are transforming the global financial system with our world-class crypto solutions, driving economic fairness and opportunity for all.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prototype new solutions for sophisticated software problems and efficiently implement them for internal partners and customers
- Build, develop, and maintain platforms and applications for internal and commercial use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, finance, and treasury, to develop, implement, and test new features
- Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle within an Agile environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to development guidelines
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work strictly within project timelines
