Job Description:✨ Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us! ✨
Holland Park State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our developing leadership team at our busy 210-place OSHC service. As one of two Coordinators, you’ll have the opportunity to lead either our Junior or Senior cohort, working closely with our experienced Lead Coordinator and a team of three Assistant Coordinators.
Together you’ll foster a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership focused on mentoring and empowering a diverse team of Educators and delivering consistent, high-quality care and education to children and families.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday with 8 hours admin:
- 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
- 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success!
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

As an added recruitment incentive, this role comes with a commencement bonus of $1500 (paid at 4 weeks in role) PLUS a retention bonus of an additional $1500 paid at 12 months in the role.

Qualifications:Diploma or higher-level qualifications relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA (or working towards).
