Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Data Collection & Management:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through validation, cleaning, and reconciliation processes.
- Manage and optimize data storage solutions (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL databases, data lakes).
- Reporting & Visualization:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Automate reporting processes where possible.
- Business Acumen & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders (marketing, product, finance, operations) to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical questions.
- Present findings and insights to senior management, influencing strategic decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for data-related inquiries within their domain.
- Tooling & Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and database management.
- Familiar in at least one programming language for data analysis, such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
