🔧 Your Day-to-Day
- Complete resident work orders and apartment turnovers
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Handle interior/exterior painting and light carpentry
- Conduct preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks)
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
- Working knowledge of:
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
- Appliance repair (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, etc.)
- Gas and electric water heaters
- EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation
