| Establish benchmark and update the working methods for minituber production. |
| Establish and drive quality assurance system in minituber production. |
| Provide after sales service to minituber customers. |
| Develop a team for sustainable operations for minituber production. |
| Managing tissue culture lab with all quality standards after a year's guidance. |
| Keeping facility NCSTCP approved all time |
| Production of Export quality minitubers with export protocol. |
| Identiifcation of training for team and ensuring results implementation. |
| Establish connections with national and international scientific community. |
| Establishing All Mahindra HZPC policies in facility. |
| Develop a strategical roadmap for facility to leap the next curve. |
| Co-Ordination with other department in company. |
| Manging all compliances (legale/financial) in facility. |
| Develop R&D protocol for the increased productivity. |
| Ability to handle multilocation production facilities. |
