Basic Qualifications:

Completed  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn the Salesforce platform and related technologies.
Technical Skills (Preferred):

Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Basic knowledge of any programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
Exposure to databases and SQL.
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
Salesforce-Specific (Nice to Have):

Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals (Objects, Fields, Relationships, etc.).
Awareness of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components.
Completed or pursuing Salesforce Trailhead modules.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification (optional but impressive).
Soft Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
