Now Hiring: Robot Tenders – 3rd Shift

$20–22/hr — Raise after 60 days!

Join Eck Industries, a leader in aluminum casting and automation innovation for over 75 years. We’re looking for sharp, hands-on team members to operate and maintain our robotic finishing cells — helping shape precision aluminum parts used in aerospace, defense, and other advanced industries.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload aluminum castings into robotic and finishing equipment.

• Inspect finished parts for quality issues like porosity or surface defects.

• Keep robots and tools clean, calibrated, and ready to run.

• Monitor and respond to machine alarms or production deviations.

• Work closely with the Robotics Technician, Automation Engineer, and Maintenance to troubleshoot and improve processes.

• Provide feedback on performance, maintenance needs, and process improvements.

• Follow work instructions to set up and change over parts, fixtures, and tools.

• Perform basic hand finishing or part marking as needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following 6S standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience preferred — robotics or machining experience a plus!

• Comfortable using hand tools and learning new technology.

• Able to recognize and respond to machine issues quickly.

• Motivated self-starter who takes ownership of quality and production goals.

• Basic computer or touchscreen familiarity for operating robotic interfaces.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
