This position is responsible for the investigation and completion of customer returns and customer credit requests. This opportunity will be critical in finding solutions for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative
- Research and follow up on inbound requests from customers in relation to return goods or credit requests
- Keep detailed records of interactions/investigations/CRM
- Reporting out of noticed trends of return goods
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect:
A high school diploma or GED
A desire to build a long-term career with a stable, respected company
Clear communication skills and a helpful attitude
Attention to detail
Proficiency typing and using computers
The ability to work well in a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
