THE TYPE OF PLUMBING PARTS COORDINATOR - INVENTORY SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1-year experience in the plumbing industry (2+ years preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in material handling, inventory management, or a related field
• Familiarity with tools, materials, and equipment in the plumbing trade
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and comfortably stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling tools
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license

Having more than four years of experience is a huge plus!

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PLUMBING PARTS COORDINATOR - INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Your typical workday will be from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends-just steady, reliable hours to help you maintain a work-life balance.

In this role, you'll start your day working with the management team to monitor and audit inventory levels, ensuring everything is in order. You'll assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting routine counts and performing data entry tasks. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with both the warehouse and management teams to make sure stock is replenished on time, so operations continue without a hitch. You'll also be responsible for safely moving materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling tools, making sure everything is in the right place. From the parts counter, you will manage daily distribution and track inventory and equipment with precision.
