At least two (2) years of bookkeeping experience. The candidate will have knowledge of bookkeeping principles and methods and their application to work situations. Knowledge of the rules and regulations controlling budgetary and internal recordkeeping activities. The ability to work independently and complete assignments with little or no supervision. The ability to keep complex records and to assemble and organize data.



  • Orders, receives, and distributes all supplies used in the school and maintains all records pertaining to purchasing documentation.

  • Receives deposits, disburses, and records all monies received by the school, and keeps an accurate ledger from which a monthly balance and an annual audit can be made.

  • Process requisitions, deposits, and all monies collected.

  • Write checks and process daily bank deposits.

  • Performs such other duties as assigned.
  • Bookkeeper for internal funds.
