About the role
EdgeTier is currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team on a full time basis. This pivotal role will see you take the lead in securing new customers for EdgeTier in the Enterprise segment.
This role will operate on a hybrid basis and can be based out of our Dublin office or located in the UK.
What you'll be doing
As an Enterprise Account Executive at EdgeTier, you'll prospect high potential new customers to grow revenue. No two days in this fast-paced role will ever be alike, but some of your typical responsibilities will include:
Own full‑cycle enterprise deals from targeted outbound to close, researching and identifying new prospects in your territory both independently and alongside your Business Development Rep (BDR), in partnership with the VP of Sales and wider team - multi‑threading complex orgs, navigating procurement, and orchestrating resources to win.
Create net‑new pipeline through thoughtful outbound (email, phone, social) and insight‑driven plays; you won’t wait for leads—you’ll generate them.
Conduct world‑class discovery that identifies business goals and business pains, aligning with how EdgeTier adds differentiated value.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations with leads and potential customers.
Close large, strategic deals (6‑figure ACVs; 7‑figure multi‑year opportunities) while building reference‑worthy deployments.
Act as a brand ambassador for EdgeTier by representing the business at various industry events.
Be a cultural ambassador - be a mentor to others, be accountable, and come to the table problem solving to every interaction, and help standardise our enterprise sales motion as we scale.

Who you are
You're a driven Enterprise Account Executive with previous success closing B2B deals with SaaS products. You'll be the ideal fit for this role if you have:
10+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with a demonstrated track record of hitting / overachieving quota.
A track record of top performance, closing 6‑figure deal wins and strategic 7‑figure deals (new logo and major expansions).
Strong experience in the end to end Enterprise sales cycle.
You love consultative selling and articulating differentiated value.
Excellent communicator - both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence; expert at discovery and mapping findings to business cases and product needs.
Comfortable collaborating with a BDR, but equally motivated to self-source leads.
An ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth start-up environment.
A self-starter mentality and strong intrinsic motivation.
Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience working in the field of CX analytics is a big plus.
Be able to travel regularly to meet the needs of the business.
Great attitude and enjoy working with people!
Though it is not a requirement, candidates who also speak another EU language will have an advantage.
