We currently have an opening for a 3rd Shift Security Officer to join our overnight team and help keep Saint Kate safe, secure, and welcoming for all.

With a prime location in Milwaukee's Theater District, Saint Kate serves as a creative hub for the city — a space where art, hospitality, and community intersect.

What will you be doing?

• Patrol the hotel property during overnight hours to ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, and assets.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and requests for assistance.

• Monitor surveillance systems and access points to identify and address potential security issues.

• Complete detailed reports of incidents, safety checks, and routine patrols.

• Enforce hotel policies and procedures in a professional and respectful manner.

• Provide courteous assistance and direction to guests and associates as needed.

• Collaborate with the front desk and overnight teams to maintain a safe, calm environment.

• Assist in emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and evacuations.

• Support other overnight operational needs as directed by management.

What we are looking for:

• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.

• Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with security systems preferred.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Must be available to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

• A dependable, respectful, and team-oriented attitude.
