Roles and Responsibility:
- Month-end closing report activity for Bank led POS business team
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow up on outstanding invoices to minimize overdue payments.
- Monitoring customer account details for reconciliation of ledgers, balance confirmation non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collection.
- Oversee revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and organizational policies.
- Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow projections.
- Detailed Reconciliation of Customer TDS as per 26 AS
Mandatory Qualifications:
- BCom/MCom/MBA/Semi Qualified CA with 0-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting principles.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Good English Communication skills Verbal and written
- Prior experience in SAP HANA would be advantage
