CRM Lead - 7+years
Hybrid work mode
Work loc: Chennai/Coimbatore/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai & Kochi.
- 7+ years of IT experience including 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and Lead role
- Experience and in-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and modules
- Skills on CRM processes in Insurance industry preferably P&C (Property and Casualty)
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, C#, Java script, jQuery, Bootstrap, ADO.NET
- Experience with DevOps, Agile-Scrum
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its various modules
- Experience/proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
- Understanding of web services, REST APIs, and integration patterns (pub/sub patterns preferred)
