Administrative Manager/Quality Assurance at Center for Human Development (CHD)

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking an Administrative Manager/Quality Assurance for our Children & Families Program located in West Springfield, MA.

YOUR ROLE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER/QUALITY ASSURANCE:

The Administrative Manager is a professional who actively supports the philosophy of the Agency and maintains a high level of commitment to program staff. S/he takes the lead on Quality Assurance and Data Support initiatives.  They work closely with the Program Director and staff establishing open communication and support within a multi-faceted division serving children and families.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Office management experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted organization
• High School Diploma
• College experience preferred
• Experience with computer databases

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Works with Information Technology (IT) Department to develop data reporting mechanisms from which Organizational Excellence (OE) may capture, monitor, analyze and report out on risk and licensing related metrics.
• Staffs Agency office as scheduled and necessary
• Has primary responsibility of oversight and supervision of administrative staff
• Conducts monthly supervision and documentation of supervision
• Conducts annual performance evaluation
• Provides back up to Administrative Assistants as necessary
• Assists in organization of the division’s events
• Adheres to program procedures
• Attends program manager weekly meetings
