What You Might Do:
- Build trusted relationships with customers and act as their advocate
- Help customers realize measurable impact using our platform
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape a great customer experience
- Identify opportunities to grow adoption and retention

- You enjoy solving problems and simplifying complexity for others
- You have experience in SaaS, client success, or account management
- You’re empathetic, proactive, and love collaborating across teams
