Regular, full-time position working 3-4 nights each week, rotating weekends
Pay will start at $15.50 per hour. Nightshift also receives shift differential
Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Certified Nursing Assistant performs custodial tasks and assists with nursing duties in caring for patients. You will observe and report changes in patient conditions and maintain a safe and clean environment. You will report to the Manager.
Primary Tasks:
Inform RN’s and LPNs of observed symptoms, reactions, changes in conditions of patients and other pertinent observations and information regarding patients related to current nursing diagnoses.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Observe the physiological health status of the patients during admission and throughout the visit.
Communicate and develop rapport with patients and families to ensure they are comfortable and that their needs are being met.
Assist with plan of care based on the patient’s problems and needs as identified by the RN on admission.
Contribute to the organizational effectiveness and efficiency by participating in quality assessment and improvement activities.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CNA certification with the State of Oklahoma
- Current CPR certification
