Design Learning That Drives Real Results
Are you passionate about designing learning experiences that make a difference? We’re looking for a creative, collaborative, and tech-savvy Instructional Designer to build high-impact learning solutions that engage learners and align with real business needs.
In this role, you’ll translate performance gaps into modern, effective learning across modalities — from eLearning and instructor-led sessions to microlearning, simulations, and beyond. You’ll work closely with Program Managers, Curriculum Leaders, and L&D partners to bring strategy to life through thoughtful, engaging design.
This is more than just building courses — it’s about solving problems, enabling performance, and elevating how learning happens.
What You’ll Do
- Design & Develop Learning Solutions
- Translate business needs into actionable, measurable learning objectives.
- Develop engaging content across multiple formats: eLearning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning, and job aids.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), adult learning theory, and accessibility standards.
Modernize and Innovate
- Incorporate techniques like gamification, simulations, social learning, and immersive media.
- Regularly update content to stay relevant and improve engagement.
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and design techniques to improve learner experience.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with Program Managers and L&D stakeholders to align learning with business goals.
- Work under the guidance of Curriculum Managers for prioritization and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with LMS, Delivery, and Governance teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement.
Ensure Quality & Effectiveness
- Conduct peer reviews and usability testing.
- Gather and analyze feedback to measure learning effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation, project tracking, and version control.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Proficiency with instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Strong skills in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual design capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
You’re a Great Fit If You Are:
- A creative problem solver who brings fresh, learner-focused ideas to the table.
- Detail-obsessed with a passion for clarity, structure, and user experience.
- Naturally collaborative and thrive in a team-centered, fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and always curious about emerging tools and trends in learning.
- Focused on outcomes and driven to design content that moves the needle.
