This position works 7 consecutive days and is off 7 consecutive days. An evening/night shift 7/7 Pharmacist compounds medications and accurately provides prescribed medications according to professional standards, practices and specific indications or orders.
Provides consultative services to internal and external constituents as needed regarding medications, interactions, expectations and other related information. Documents clinical activities and applicable outcomes.
Full Time Position,
Wednesday -Tuesday 9pm to 7am, weekend hours, 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
