- Support the Company strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.
- Manage execution for specific products, from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to develop user stories and requirements, grounded in market and user insights.
- Serve as the voice of the user, aligning product development with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Manage and refine the product backlog, working closely with scrum teams to clarify requirements, balance priorities, and explore alternative technical approaches when needed.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to support go-to-market efforts, including product positioning, demos, training, and collateral.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams by addressing client inquiries and developing support materials.
- Experience in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience with a background in product owner roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets, troubleshoot product issues, and translate insights into actionable decisions that improve user experience and product performance.
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams to define metrics, evaluate models, and support forecasting, simulation, or optimization efforts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with development teams to accomplish project goals.
- Proven capability of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- Experience in the power space (power flow modeling, load, renewable and price forecasting, trading) is preferred.
