Position Overview
 
The Manager of High Value will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and ensuring that the firm’s highest-value cases are properly progressing through all stages of litigation. This role requires strong collaboration with attorneys, regional directors, and managing partners to track key milestones, maintain case momentum, and optimize outcomes. The Manager will also be responsible for providing detailed reporting and insights to leadership, ensuring compliance and accountability at every stage. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and skilled at communicating across multiple levels of the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, tag, and escalate high-value cases
  • Partner with attorneys, regional directors, and managing partners to oversee progression of high-value cases.
  • Monitor compliance with key litigation milestones
  • Provide detailed reporting and analytics to leadership on high-value case progression and risks.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in case management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports in SalesForce/Power BI/Excel/Google Sheets to measure performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure consistency and accountability across high-value case handling.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders to drive case strategy alignment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Project management or legal industry experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in case management, legal operations, or a related analytical/project management role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of building trust and fostering collaboration with senior stakeholders.
