Nous recherchons un·e Coordinateur·trice d’Atelier pour piloter les opérations de notre site basé à Saint-Genis-Laval.
Rattaché(e) au Manager Ateliers France de la division Transport du segment Water Infrastructure, vous aurez comme principales missions:
Orchestrer les activités de production et optimiser les flux de réparation.
Encadrer et motiver une équipe de techniciens talentueux.
Garantir le respect des délais, des normes qualité et des règles de sécurité.
Assurer l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
Être le bras droit du Manager Ateliers France.
Gérer le magasin pour fluidifier les opérations.
Participer activement aux interventions techniques.
