  • WAGE RANGE: $75,000 – $82,000 annually
    REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources Operations

JOB SUMMARY:
Catholic Charities is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed people-centered Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow a diverse and mission-driven workforce. This position leads full-cycle recruitment across the organization - connecting great people to meaningful work that transforms lives.

The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and deeply committed to equity in hiring. You will build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, design thoughtful sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate has an experience that reflects our values of compassion, dignity, and justice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Recruitment & Selection

  • Partner with hiring managers to plan, post, and fill open positions across all divisions.

  • Write engaging job postings that reflect Catholic Charities’ mission and inclusive culture.

  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Provide clear, timely communication to all candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

  • Support and train hiring managers in using equitable and consistent selection practices.

Sourcing & Outreach

  • Build relationships with colleges, workforce partners, and community organizations.

  • Develop creative sourcing pipelines for frequently hired or hard-to-fill roles.

  • Represent Catholic Charities at job fairs, networking events, and community gatherings.

Employer Branding & Collaboration

  • Partner with Communications to promote Catholic Charities as an employer of choice.

  • Share stories and spotlights that highlight the impact of our work and our people both internally and externally

  • Serve as a trusted resource to managers and colleagues on recruiting and hiring best practices.

Onboarding & Experience

  • Partner with HR teammates to coordinate background checks, offer letters, and onboarding logistics for new hires.

  • Participate in New Employee Orientation to support a smooth and welcoming start for every employee.

  • Gather and share feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment and onboarding experience.

Data & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the applicant tracking system.

  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and all applicable employment laws.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, inclusion, and consistency in recruitment.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume or high-turnover environment; nonprofit or mission-based experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Proven commitment to equity and inclusion in hiring.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce Now preferred, but not required).

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HR colleagues and managers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hybrid work environment with occasional travel to sites and events. Preferred on-site one to two days per week.

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

  • Ability to work and engage with diverse and/or low-income populations, including those who may be experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness.
