The Contracts Manager is a multi-role position responsible for overseeing the life cycle of contracts: drafting, negotiating, implementing, administering, and maintaining key contracts within GTA. The Contracts Manager role is crucial for minimizing risks and making operations run smoothly. With accuracy as the primary benchmark, a contract manager ensures that the contracts are drawn and executed in compliance with the company’s policies and regulations. Besides curating and executing the contracts, the contract manager’s role entails managing the enforcement of the contract by ensuring that all parties involved adhere to the terms stipulated in the contract.

- Draft, execute, manage, and monitor contracts in a neutral, fair, and beneficial manner for all parties involved.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and duties are met by all signing parties.
- Conduct periodic contract reviews to identify risks, resolve potential gaps, and implement solutions.
- Educate stakeholders on their rights and responsibilities as outlined in contracts.
- Establish a contract management system to regulate workflow and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor the contract portfolio and collaborate with department owners to track potential contract changes, additions, or renewals to ensure accuracy in payments or delivery management.
- Provide contract management services, including conflict resolution, legal guidance, contract renewals, and redrafting.
- Work with contract owners to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare reports and documentation on contract performance for leadership review.
- Update and revise contracts in accordance with evolving national legal regulations.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status and obligations

- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, allocate resources efficiently, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of contract management tools to ensure compliance and enforcement of various technological/network-related contracts.
- Decision Making: Ability to make informative, fact-based decisions while seeking guidance when necessary.
- Continuous Growth & Development: Commitment to learning, professional development, and staying informed about industry’s best practices.
This is what you need to have:
- Certification in contracts management, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Prior experience working as a Contract manager or a related job role
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
- Must have and maintain current driver's license
