Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- One to two years experience in a Long Term Care setting
- Experience in activity coordination or program development
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a variety of engaging activities for residents
- Conduct assessments to determine residents' interests and needs for personalized activity planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents
- Maintain accurate records of residents' participation and progress in wellness programs
