About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate culture builder to join our People & Culture team. As Assistant/Deputy Manager – Culture, you will be the driving force behind our diversity and inclusion, and employer branding initiatives. This role is about creating an environment where every employee feels valued, inspired, and empowered to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Design & implement DEI programs to improve representation, inclusion, and belonging.
- Review policies, run awareness sessions, and support employee resource groups.
- Build and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, careers site, campuses, and industry forums.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and leaders to embed DEI and EVP in talent practices.
- Track DEI & branding metrics, prepare dashboards, and recommend improvements.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and content creation (stories, videos, campaigns)
- Champion inclusivity, embed equitable practices, and track progress.
- Build recognition culture – manage rewards and recognition frameworks that celebrate everyday impact.
- Measure impact – track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously raise the bar.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of HR/engagement/employee experience roles.
- Strong program management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and inclusion.
