Your Key Responsibilities |
| Working to align with safety culture On production Line. |
| Learn the process with depth of understanding to get the overview of controls & automation logic |
| Undertake the maintenance activities as per IATF Process. |
| Diagnosing of faults of Molding, Auto Soldering, EPSON Robot, stabulli robot, Ovens, Magnetizer ,welding, dispencing process etc. |
| Expertise in understanding/reading control drawings/ Mechanical drawings/ AutoCAD/SAP PM |
| Refurbishment of the equipment |
| Knowledge of TPM - 5'S |
| Knowledge of TPM - Systematic Maintenance |
| Supporting production team for autonomous maintenance |
| Creating maintenance procedures |
| Performing analysis for the failure . |
| Supporting the spare part management activities |
| Working in to shifts |
| Aware about electrical Voltage system of 50hz & 60Hz |
Your Qualifications |
| Diploma/Degree in Engineering in any discipline |
| Experience: |
| 2 to 5 Year of Work experience in mentioned profile |
