What you’ll do:
As the Administration Services Manager, you will lead a team of administrative and finance professionals, providing operational oversight and hands on involvement in financial and administrative functions.
- Provide leadership, training and supervision to Member Services, Finance and Administration, and Accounts Payable Clerks, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and service excellence.
- Oversee membership management and member service relations to ensure a positive member experience and support organization initiatives.
- Oversee end-of-day reconciliation and daily sales reporting for all departments (Food Stores, Gas Bars, Liquor Stores, Home Centre, Cardlocks, and Administration).
- Supervise and maintain internal controls for accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily sales, membership transfers, and equity withdrawals.
- Oversee invoice keying for both AP and AR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in and oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Compile and prepare monthly/quarterly reports and supporting documentation for Board of Directors' meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all administrative and financial activities.
- Oversee office procedures, records management, and administrative support functions.
- Manage the office budget, process invoices, and track expenses.
- Other duties as required.

Who you are:
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in an Office Manager of Supervisor role (A combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Skills: Experience with financial system conversions would be an asset. Experience with JDE is preferred. Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
