About This Opportunity
Based at our Herston Campus, this is an exciting opportunity to join The University of Queensland as the Specialty Lead (Medicine, Years 1–3). In this pivotal role, you will provide specialty-specific educational leadership across the first three years of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program, while also supporting the Medicine, Year 4 Specialty Lead. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across specialties, the Academy for Medical Education, and the three Clinical Schools to shape a world-class learning experience for our students.
Your contribution will be central to the ongoing enhancement of the MD program, from refining learning outcomes and assessment approaches to advancing teaching resources and staff development. Working alongside discipline-specific staff in each of the Clinical Schools, you will play a key role in ensuring the consistent delivery of integrated specialty education.
