A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Relationship Manager – Customer Support, reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Inbound from the Customer Delivery and Experience team, where you will join the New Developments team.
A bit about your role
As nbn transitions from building to operating a highly complex national network, the New Developments team continues to engage with customers to augment and extend the reach of the nbn network to new homes and businesses across Australia. The Relationship Manager plays a key role in enabling the timely rollout of new nbn network by partnering with developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proactive network deployment.
Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, customer support, driving results, escalation management, program and compliance management, and strategic planning to support increased application volumes and tailored service delivery.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you likely bring experience in stakeholder engagement across property development and government sectors, along with strong customer relationship management skills and a strategic mindset. You have a proven ability to drive results and manage escalations effectively, complemented by program and compliance management expertise. Your strength lies in planning and delivering tailored solutions, communicating and collaborating effectively, and managing a large portfolio with exceptional organisation and multitasking capabilities.
